1 kilometre around Sandycove Island on the western side of Kinsale.
Cycle
29 kilometres from Sandycove to Harbour View via the Old Head and Garrettstown.
Run
7 kilometre circular run via Kilbrittain to the Pink Elephant restaurant and bar.
